INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION POLICIES
In order to confirm your reservation, please proceed as follows.
Cash payment:
1.     Deposit to our bank Account, for the first night plus taxes, on behalf of TURISMO Y CONVENCIONES S.A. DE C.V, (Bancomer BBVA number 447334168, in Mexican pesos).

2.     Fax or the copy of the deposit to + (52 55) 51 48 2010 and confirm the reception to
+ (52 55) 5148 20 00; or email the copy to lenriquez@turycon.com.mx, in our reservation department.

3.     You’ll receive a confirmation code. Without this you can’t consider the reservation confirmed.

4.     The housing balance should be pay directly to the hotel confirmed.

5. * Exchange rate for the Congress: $ 10.33 mexican pesos per $ 1.00 USD

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
1.     Send your credit card information, with the completely number, expiration date and security code (4 digits in AMEXCO and 3 digits in another bank) Please print or type clearly.

2.     Fax the credit card information or by pone + (52 55) 51 48 75 09, Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, and our reservation agents will charge the credit card you’ll provide.

3.     You’ll receive a confirmation code. Without this you can’t consider the reservation confirmed.

4.     The housing balance should be pay directly to the hotel confirmed.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELATTIONS
1.     Written cancellations and requests for a refund must be received on or before July 30th, 2008. Requests will not be honored after this date.

2.     Requests submitted after July 30th, 2008 will not process, and the first night charge will be applied.

3.     Name substitutions, or in-out dates changes are permitted based on availability on/before August 16th, 2008.

4.     Credit cards will be charged for one night’s room and tax if you fail to arrive on the confirmed date of arrival.
